Questionnaire: This is a rather tedious document, but I promise going through it before the consultation helps! It gets you prepped and in the right mindset to talk about all the various issues related to estate planning, and it gives me an idea of what your situation is prior to our meeting. If you can complete as much of the Questionnaire as possible and return it to me via email (LouieLegacyLaw@gmail.com) before our consultation, it will make the discussion a lot smoother and easier!

Definitions: This document has a list of common terms so that we are on the same page when discussing an “Executor” versus “Trustee” - communication and understanding are always better when we’re speaking the same language!
